April 14
On day 15, we continued south on into Georgia and spent a few days exploring Savanna.
Before getting to our campground, we stopped at the Wormsloe Historic Site, and the most amazing road flanked with majestic live oaks.
Then we headed to a lovely campground, Skidaway Island State Park, nestled just south of Savannah.
We decided that Savannah might do well with a trolly tour, so we enjoyed a day hopping on and off around the city.

It cracks me up when helpful photographers take a selfie while taking our picture. :) |
Doug was super excited to join a Furry parade at Forsythe Park! |
